KOTON WAY APPRECIATION AND REWARD PROGRAM
Koton Stars to celebrate our success and to reward our business outcomes and behaviors!
This is an online competition platform where KOTON Store employees share their ideas to implement them. Ideas shared by the Kotonians are evaluated once a year and the employee whose idea is selected receives the “I Have An Idea Award”.
Kotonians recommend suitable candidates to vacant positions with the Candidate Recommendation Award, which continues throughout the year. If the recommended candidate is employed and completes his/her sixth month, the Kotonian who recommended the candidate is granted an award.
Kotonians completing their 5th, 10th and 15th years at KOTON are presented Seniority Awards that are granted once a year on an annual basis.
According to our Stores’ first ranking of 4 leagues under the roof of KOTON League and the end-of-year “Store Scorecard” scores in the KOTON League where stores compete for the Super Cup, the winner of each league is determined and the employees who reach the highest score among all our stores are granted awards.
In line with Our Values and Operating Principles, all Kotonians share digital Thank You Cards through the Thank You Movement, which continues throughout the year, with their colleagues, managers and employees from other functions with whom they collaborate through our KOTON Live Intranet portal.
With the Individual KOTON Way Award held within the scope of KOTON Way, KOTON employees nominated in accordance with the KOTON Values are evaluated and awarded.
With the Team KOTON Way Award held within the scope of KOTON Way, achievements of teams or project groups nominated in accordance with the KOTON Operating Principles are evaluated and teams or project groups that are selected are awarded.
Within the scope of the KOTON Employer Brand, employees who represent KOTON on various platforms and contribute to the KOTON Employer Brand Ambassador Program and the positive work atmosphere, and who participate in certain activities at KOTON are awarded with the KOTON Brand Ambassadors Awards.
