The first interview is conducted by Human Resources using the Competency-Based Interview technique.

If the interview is positive, behavioral or technical assessments are conducted as per the requirements of the position.

Candidates with positive profile analyses are invited to the Managerial Interview

After completing the interview process, the Human Resources & Department Manager selects the most suitable candidate for the position.

For candidates with a positive interview process, reference checks are conducted, and an offer is extended to candidates with positive reference checks.

Internship periods at Koton are evaluated in two different categories: Summer Internship and Winter Internship.

SUMMER INTERNSHIP

  • Mandatory summer internship applications for university students are accepted through the web until April each year.
  • In May, internship applications are evaluated, and summer internship plans are prepared.
  • In mid-May, all candidates whose internship applications are accepted are provided with the necessary information via phone.
  • Candidates whose internship applications are not accepted are also informed by email about their internship application status.

WINTER INTERNSHIP

  • Mandatory winter internship applications for senior students of vocational and trade high schools are accepted through the web until April each year.
  • In May, internship applications are evaluated, and winter internship plans are prepared.
  • In May, all candidates whose internship applications are accepted are provided with the necessary information via phone.
  • The internship, starting with the academic term, continues three days a week until schools close.

INTERNSHIP
DURING SUMMER TERM

  • Summer term compulsory internship applications for university students are accepted through the Internet until April of each year.
  • Internship applications are evaluated during the months of April and May and summer internship plans are prepared.
  • All candidates who are accepted for internship are given the necessary information on the phone in the middle of May.
  • The candidates who are not accepted for
    internship are also informed via e-mail about their internship application status.

  • Winter term compulsory internship applications for vocational and trade high school final year students are accepted through the Internet until April of each year.
  • Internship applications are evaluated during the months of April and May and winter internship plans are prepared. All candidates who are accepted for internship are given the necessary information on the phone in May.
  • The internship of 3 days a week starts with the start of the school year and continues until the school closes.
